I had applied Rejuvenate Floor Restorer to add a shine to the tiles in my kitchen and foyer and unfortunately had a horrible result. There were streak marks and after only 1 month, the high traffic areas had visible areas of dullness, scratches and discoloration. Naeem came over within 30 minutes of our call to assess my tiles and described what the process would entail. He ensured he wouldn't leave until we got the result we wanted. He was right. He completed the job within 1 week and was extremely patient, diligent, using several machines to finally remove the finish. Whole job took 5 hours. Now my floor looks cleaner than ever and brand new. Thank you Naeem for your efficient and professional care and your attention to detail. I highly recommend his service without reservation. There were a very few smaller patches which were a little more damp than the whole carpet.I used a pure white towel to rub these patches and stood on the towel.
