We bought a home from a family that lived there for 25 years. The basement was carpeted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in years, if ever. We didn't have time to replace it before moving in so we knew we had to get it cleaned properly in order to feel comfortable down there. Fresh Maple got the carpet looking way better for us. He even showed me what the water looked like before and after he cleaned it. It was a shocking amount of dirt. They were prompt, responsive, fair, friendly and professional. We hired Naeem and his company to clean our tile floors and especially our grout. Our floors are looking great and we are especially pleased wit their promptness, professionalism, and value received for a reasonable price. We highly recommended them if you are looking to clean your tile floors.

Naeem cleaned our tiles & grout. He explained ahead of time what conditions he required in order to get the best results. We moved our furniture off the tiles and made certain there was no foot traffic through the work area for 6 hours. Naeem was punctual and professional and nice. I called Naeem to consult about tile cleaning. I had applied Rejuvenate Floor Restorer to add a shine to the tiles in my kitchen and foyer and unfortunately had a horrible result. There were streak marks and after only 1 month, the high traffic areas had visible areas of dullness, scratches and discoloration. Naeem came over within 30 minutes of our call to assess my tiles and described what the process would entail. He ensured he wouldn't leave until we got the result we wanted. He was right. He completed the job within 1 week and was extremely patient, diligent, using several machines to finally remove the finish. Whole job took 5 hours. Now my floor looks cleaner than ever and brand new. Thank you Naeem for your efficient and professional care and your attention to detail. I highly recommend his service without reservation. I have learned my lesson and will NOT be doing any DIY projects without consulting a professional moving forward.

The moving company we used for our move did not wrap all of our upholstered furniture and it all got damaged with rust stains from the truck. Great response time (Naeem arrived the very next day). He was punctual and professional. He explained all part of the upholstery cleaning process. Our couch hadn’t been cleaned since we purchased it nearly 4 years ago. It was heavily stained with bodily oils and sweat, and the cleaning made a big difference. The dark brown, oily parts were now back to the grey colour of the couch. Thank you for your hard work and checking up. I added some before and after photos. He doesn’t move heavy furniture.The cleaning was quick. The drying took several hours with the window open (a warm October day) and an overhead fan running. There were a very few smaller patches which were a little more damp than the whole carpet.I used a pure white towel to rub these patches and stood on the towel.
